Built by Ben assisted us in the completion of our bathroom renovation. We started the work ourselves, but knew that we needed a professional to tackle the more challenging and technical aspects of the renovation. Ben took over with the tough job of completing a half done bathroom as we had already completed the floor, new toilet and some of the wall around the sink and toilet. He did so with poise completing the areas that we hadn’t finished and doing a nice job on the shower area which we had not touched. He demolished the tile and backer board in the shower, installed new cement board and new tile. He even added three built-in storage areas in the shower for our shampoo, soap and other shower items. One important quality of Ben that we particularly appreciated was when we asked him to do a few “extras” (install new electrical outlet, new ceiling light, new mirror, towel bars, etc) that were not included in his quote he did so without an afterthought. Another important quality that Ben possesses is the ability to communicate well over email and the phone in a timely manner which can only be found in a good contractor as anyone who has done a home improvement project knows well. He stuck to his timeline, was honest about his workload, and delivered a final product that we are proud to show our friends and family. Overall we are extremely happy with the results and definitely recommend Built By Ben for your remodeling needs.
